FTFP when Traveling

I travel extensively for work, usually Tuesday morning through Thursday night 3 weeks out of the month. Rarely do I have access to a bike during the trip, except for Marriot gym. I want to FTFP and make sure I keep up CTL, what are my options?

I have listened to the podcast around this topic, but that seems to be for those that have one trip and not back to back travel. Unless I have missed something

Open to ideas and thoughts. I have considered different gyms across the US or renting bikes, but that seems inconsistent and a lot of additional planning and work.
