Frank's eating intervals: gels > blocks > bars > every half hour

I adopted something very close to this strategy on a two day training camp with a buddy having listened to the podcast.

First day 237km with 4,100m of elevation gain, second day 110km with 2,900m of gain.

At no point did I feel starved of calories and, for almost all the time, the effort felt manageable.
