Foundation routine question

I crashed in a race 7/10 and hurt my lower back. improving but still a little tender.
at what point is it safe to perform the Foundation routine?

Hey James, the best thing to do here is a to see a medical professional (maybe a Physical Therapist). I’m sure there are some rules of thumb you could apply here but unless a qualified person can assess your back its hard to say.

thanks @CoachAndrew I’m out of the acute phase of injury just dealing with some stiffness so wondering if Foundation will help alleviate that or possibly exacerbate it.
