Foundation plan and then Sweet Spot Plan?

Apologies if this has already been asked but I can’t find it on the forum…

With regards to the 3 week Foundation Plan…

Are we meant to complete the 3 weeks and then go straight into week 1 of the (for example)New 16 week Sweet Spot Plan.

Or are we supposed to add some sort of recovery week after week 3 of the Foundation Plan and before Week 1 of the 16 Week SS Plan.

If so what should this recovery week look like?

Sorry, I’m new to the structured training plans.

I think the foundation plan is supposed to lead into weights and then into sweet spot. Of course, someone more qualified than me will weigh in !



Maybe I’ve bought the wrong plan then.

I have the new 16 week SS plan and the 6 week Fondo plan and was simply looking for something to fill the 3 to 4 weeks prior to starting the SS plan.


I wonder if I can return it for a refund and also get my cheetah loyalty points back.
