I have 2 weeks left on my Road Racing Intervals plan and will be starting the Climbing Intervals plan after that. Fortunately, group rides have picked up and I am a ride lead at the gym I work at for Thursday night rides. These rides typically last around 2 hours and get very spicy. The last one I did gave me a TSS of 136. I’m wondering how to incorporate these rides in with my plan. Drop one of the other workouts? This week calls for 3 workouts workouts Mon-Tue-Wed.
