I am starting the 18w program this week. Due to my schedule, I cannot get outside for every workout, but I do have an indoor trainer that I can get POWER/HR data into Strava. What is the easiest way to get the data from Strava to TrainingPeaks? Is this possible? Thanks for the help and advice.
