I start my sweet spot training next week advanced (Sweet spot 2) I was wondering if it would be worth while getting Coaching Subscription so you guys could run your eyes over my trainingPeaks data before I start. My Fitness is around 100, need find out whats going on with little improvement. I ride and train around 12hrs a week. Any help would be appreciated.
We recommend our coaching subscription to any training plan athlete that wants a little more detail and guidance on how to customize their plan per their life situation, goals, and data. You can always give it a try for a month and then stop the subscription if you find it is not for you.
