Extending adaptation phase of weight training?

I’m in week 3 of the adaptation phase of the 10 weeks of lifting (in the old 32 week plan). My lifts are getting heavier and I’m feeling good. However, I can tell that I could squat a more, if my core were stronger. Would repeating week 3 of adaptation be useful to get a more accurate 1RM for my lifts?

Keep sticking to the plan the way it is designed. You can certainly add more core work to your day!
