Every platform has different HR Zones

Every platform I upload to seems to use different zones for HR. On Strava it might be Z2, my Garmin tells me Z3, TP might have some combo of both, etc… Can you give me one constant HR guide to go by? I also run and it seems that the zone charts aren’t interchangeable, so I really need a cycling specific. And can someone explain why we are doing whatever Alaphalippe does?

Yes - use Andy Coggan’s 5 zones in your trainingpeaks settings as described and shown here:
