Do I have the right plan?

Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for the Black Friday discounts, which I have taken advantage of and purchased the updated 10 week strength program (Order #3978). However the plan shared via Training Peaks appears to be the at home lifting plan. Is this correct?

Obviously I understand your are on your calorie regeneration holidays right now so no need to rush, enjoy the break! In the UK we just get more emails and a load of temptations to spend money!


Do you want the Gym plan or the At Home plan??
