With lockdowns, working from home and cancelled vacations, many of you have been able to put in more hours on the bike this year than ever before. AND a lot of you have started learning how to win in the kitchen! After all that work, you might be concerned that you’ll derail all the hard work you’ve put in by over “holiday-ing.” If so, we promise you that you’re not alone.

Every athletes relationship with food is different. You may have no worries about indulging in your annual thanksgiving feast, but for others the thought of navigating holiday gatherings with lots of food can seem daunting.
