Cxiscoming i need a plan

Wow time to switch gears!!! I have 6 weeks to CX on the calendar but CX starts is like 20 days!!! by no means I expect to be ready by than. So should i go with 6 week plan or possibly switch to in season plan… I for sure need the intensity and interval work as i have been focused on endurance stuff.

What thoughts on a plan? I feel i need a lot of work to get into CX form.

The six weeks till cyclocross plan is like Monopoly - do not pass GO before you do this plan! You could accelerate the plan and do 4 weeks and then get into the cyclocross intervals plan:
