I’m wondering how I might use the CX nationals plan while I’m not competing at nationals. Maybe, come closer to December, local New England CX will post more races for around that time and I can try to make that my last A race?
I was going to suggest using another race as your “nationals race,” so the training gets put to use!
+1 ^^ to what Coach @Allie said. The secret sauce of that plan is a Thanksgiving training block so you can peak for the last race(s) of the season!
