Looking for that 6 week interval/race plan to start with that’ll generally cover something such as this for 6-10 laps;
~1 minute zone 6
~1 minute zone 1-2
~1 minute zone 4
repeat order for X laps
It’s a criterium. Kinda looks like Snake Alley
