I like your trainingplans and thinking about a coach.
I’m not a native english speaker, my english isn’t to bad but it’s more a IT business vocabulary and not a sports cycling vocabulary 
Any of the fascat coaches speak german ?

Not anything helpful here but I’m German as well and currently do a fascatcoaching program. Having said that I’m living in Finland since 2017 and the last time I really lived and/or worked in Germany is probably more than 10y ago.
But I get what you mean…however I’d guess that there isn’t any German coaching available?!
So just saying Hello instead of helping
