I am looking for someone to ride with, perhaps workout with from time to time. I don’t understand all the language cycling uses these days,. I am in the SW Ontario region of Canada. Is there someone with whom I could connect?

We do not have any coaches in Canada. Sorry. That said, our coaches and our athletes are spread all over North American AND other countries as well. Maybe go to your local bike shop and ask about group rides. Hiring a coach is a great way to learn the ins and outs of cycling and the lingo. You can also listen to our podcasts - FasCat provides a lot of valuable information for cyclists at all levels!
