I am starting my Climbing intervals plan after just finishing two rounds of Sweet Spot.
My question on the climbing intervals is what length should the full gas climb be? Should I go for shorter climbs that I can perform at a hight output 2/3/4 times or should I go for longer ones?
I know that this is dependent on my goals, and my goal is basically to be a better climber. In a race there will be shorter climbs as well as longer ones…So where should my focus be to improve overall climbing ability?
