Changing training days?

@fascat coaches:

So i got a schedule change in my life, and long story short, i can’t train on monday’s and Thursdays now.
I know Monday’s are usually off, so there’s no worry there. Issue is the Thursday workouts…
What’s the best way to shuffle things around considering i can never workout on these 2 days for the foreseeable future?

P.S- On weekends i usually do the longer rides 3h+ and would prefer to keep it that way…

What plan are you using? If Thursdays are your endurance days for the week that you have to miss, you could add more zone 2 time on the weekends but dont go crazy… like 30-60 mins. Life happens!

Sorry totally forgot to mention the training plan…
I’m using the 32 week training plan.
And yeah, Thursday’s are usully endurance days. For now…
Later on i noticed there’s going to be some SS workouts/ Criss Cross workouts on Thursday’s…
When that happens, can i do SS on Friday, and then both workouts on Sat and Sunday as scheduled and then rest on monday? Is that a good idea?
