Change long workout for short one indoors

Hello, I’m on the last weeks of the 18 Weeks of Sweet Spot - Advanced (12-16+ hours/week), this weekend I have long workouts but due to the current situation I can’t go outside so I was wondering what should I do instead on the trainer.

Also I have only two weeks left on the training plan. Which plan should I do next if I don’t have any events planned? I want to keep improving my FTP or at least maintaining it.

You could do Zwift’s Uber Pretzel!

Afterwards choose an interval plan for the type of event you’ll be competing in: road intervals, mtb intervals, time trial, hill climb, etc…
