Canned vegetables

I’m trying to stay on track with winning in the kitchen And not visit the grocery store as frequently for fresh produce. Do you have any tips that you are practicing at this time?
Can you comment on the merits of canned vegetables compared to “fresh”.
I notice the canned offerings mainly consist of peas, carrots, green beans, and corn.
I’ve stocked up on sweet potatoes, garlic, onions, and rice.
