Built my first workout - Leg Day

Hello All,

I’m an avid cyclist and still fairly new to the sport. Entering my second road season Spring 2020. Since starting this sport I have become passionate about all things health and fitness.

I have started a course to become a CPT. Currently a little over 1/2 way through the text book and wanted to put the information I’ve learned so far to some use. Other riders share their workouts and nutrition advice frequently. Learning it on my own has helped better understand their methods.

Built my first workout

It’s target is Endurance with Squats being the only exercise targeted at muscle growth.
Shorter rest times and longer reps w/ a manageable weight to lengthen endurance.
Longer rest time and less reps to grow target muscles and strength.

Please share your insight and let me know what you think. I’m learning so I’m sure it’s not perfect.
