Breaking Down 18 Weeks SS in TP

Is there an easy way to separate SS 1, 2, and 3 from the 18 weeks plan?

What I’m trying to do is just apply the last 6 weeks of the plan to my training calendar without creating a mess of applying the first 12 weeks of the plan over the top of what I actually did the last 12 weeks.

Any tips?

You can copy and paste weeks. So you could copy the weeks you want to apply and then paste them to the weeks you want them in. You could apply the plan in the future, copy and paste the weeks you want, then delete the rest.

On your computer you can view your training calendar in TrainingPeaks and on the right hand side is the summary. Next to summer is a drop down menu. Here is where you can click the cut, copy and paste options.
