Hi Folks. Does anyone have a favorite stretch of road in Boulder County for Tabatas? I found out today that switchbacks don’t work well with these intervals. Thanks!

Hey David,
Those are tough intervals! You could head out towards Neva, Nelson, or St. Vrain off of hwy 36 and do your workouts there.
