Best training plan for fat loss

Hello, Racing in 2021 is questionable at best so I’d like to use the next 8-12 weeks to drop 10-15 lbs. Which 1 of your plans do you recommend? Thanks

Hey @judson.speer! We recommend combining our 18 weeks of SS plan along with the winning in the kitchen weight loss plan which tailors your calorie intake to the volume of training you are doing . It will set you up for about a 1 lb weight loss per week. :slight_smile:
