Absolute beginner training plan

Hi,

I decided to start cycling and I’m not sure what a good beginner plan for me would be. I’m thinking of getting either 18 Weeks of sweet spot, indoor cycling, or Resistance training +sweet spot. Or is there something that would better suit me?

Hi @A.Garcia - welcome! Sweet Spot is a great place to start.

You could choose the ‘basic’ option as the most beginner friendly and then progress up from there.
