So the final big training ride of the gravel 6-week plan prescribes this 7500+ ft, 5 hour, 300 TSS ride. Pretty hard for me to hit that TSS, let alone in that time limit. But, I went out there with the mindset of “get the elevation, get the TSS, time be damned”.
