The second to last week(last training block before the field test) of the 18 week SS plan is six weeks before the event I want to do. Should I start the gravel training plan that week or finish the SS plan?
So are you just coming off the regeneration week of the 18 week sweet spot plan? I would just go head and start the gravel plan then now.
I think it would be two weeks after the regeneration week. The last field test is 5 weeks before the event .
Start the gravel plan after the regeneration week. I think that would be the best. That way you are on track with that. Otherwise might be putting too many hard weeks in a row.
