Hello, what are the differences between these programs: 16 Weeks of sweet spot and the series sweet spot 1,2,3,4?
16 week of sweet spot is:
- It combines workouts from sweet spot parts 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 and includes some of our signature wintertime intensity workouts (completely new).
- The Periodization is different, following 3 weeks on, 1 week off for four mesocycles
- There is field test in the middle of the plan to update your zones, as well as ones at the beginning and end.
- It has added Sweet Spot TSS Rides that can be done indoors or outdoors on a group ride/solo + includes Zwift instructions.
Sweet spot 4 though is different and does more of a polarized approach. This plan has you doing more easier rides / rest days followed by an intense Vo2 workout. You still get sweet spot rides but the focus is more around that intense vo2 workout after proper rest.
