Hello, I lost 9 days in weeks 10-11 due to a broken trainer belt. Any tips on how to reconfigure program? Thanks
Its hard to advise without knowing your goals and how your training lines up exactly. But with loosing 9 days its normally a good idea to give yourself a few days to ease back into training to not shock the system too hard and then avoid falling apart. So I would step back a few workouts from when you stopped training and then go from there. But again look to ease back in a bit and then get back in the rhythm of the plan when the sensations start matching to your normal baseline again.
