10 week Strength training

Hello to all.

I am in the last week of Strength training and noticed in the Power weeks Jump Squats in the plan, so with previous back injuries to L3 I was wondering what you would recommend to replace that exercise with?

Eek - yea don’t wreck your back. However if you’ve made it this far I’m confident you can handle the jump squats. Its the easiest phase of them all.

IOW, if you were able to complete the hypertrophy and strength phases without hurting your back you’ll be fine for the jump squats.

If not try some Plyometrics.
